I haven't seen any Crowe news this morning, and I frankly don't expect anything worthwhile right now... Hollywood, except for the usual "D" list "celebrities" like Paris Hilton [in Oz for some publicity hounding] is on hiatus, and I think that includes the writers and gossips as well as Russell and the film.

Anyway, its good to know that AGY is coming in DVD, but almost with no extras.
Confusing is its release in Italy, IMDB says it is on December 15th, Yahoo Italya says it will be on December 22nd.

Re. the change in BAFTA rules - I never knew that movies were eligible that were released AFTER the ceremony. I find that very odd.
