The other tour group left yesterday afternoon, so wehad a quiet evening in the old town. The only legacy was the TV being tuned to Spanish TV and a bull fight, complete with replays... Very disturbing . We take off for Fes shortly.

It was our first full day in Morocco and like Dorothy who found herself in Oz, we realize we're not in Kansas any more. This is definitely a new and different part of the world. We spent the morning in the medina (old walled town from the 15th cent. and then the souk walking around with a guide ..... No other tourists for the first couple hours.

Unfortunately our hotel is now overwelmed by Spaniards on holiday and they have taken over.
